Vote NO on Issue 2!!!



At the Tuesday, November 1 unit meeting, the membership voted unanimously against state issue 2, which is on the November 8, 2011 ballot, as we support Bedford City School District Educators. The Bedford High PTSA encourages all parents, voting age students, and community stakeholders to vote NO on Issue 2, to repeal SB 5. — Vote NO on State Issue 2! Please spread the word to friends, church members, and neighbors.

Next school board meeting: Thursday, November 10, 2011, at 6:30pm, Walton Hills Village Hall.

Latest Information from the PTSA President

Just a reminder to vote on Tuesday, November 8, 2011. Polls open from 6:30am until 7:30pm. You can also vote early by absentee ballot or vote early in person at the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections.

Avoid guesswork when going to the polls...find out where you vote...and what is on the ballot, so you can decide before you go by filling out your sample ballot and taking it with you to the polls.

Voting is a personal matter, but it should be a priority for every concerned citizen. Make your vote count by doing your homework before you cast your ballot. In other words, know your business before you do business.



School Board Meeting, Thursday, October 20, 2011, at 6:30pm, in the administration building (unless otherwise noted by a special meeting notice of location change).



Volunteers are always welcome at talent show practices...Mondays - October 17, October 24, November 7, and November 14, 6-8pm, Bedford High School auditorium. The dress rehearsal is Thursday, November 17, same time and location. If you can come out on any of those days, it would be greatly appreciated. The talent show is Monday, November 21, at 7pm, BHS auditorium.

Voter Education Forum @ Bedford High School

Announcement from President Angela Mathews:
Bedford High School PTA is hosting a Voter Education Forum on Thursday, September 29, at 6:30 p.m., in the Bedford High School auditorium, 481 Northfield Road. Bedford School Board candidates and others will field questions from the audience, in preparation for the Nov. 8 election - moderated by Mayor Fletcher Berger. Free and open to the public.
